- Richard L. HoferI like the program but the tech support service is terribleI created a 25 minute long DVD video production. However when I tried to export it as a videowave the output kept freezing up at the 5:30 minute mark. I've been trying to get help from (overseas) tech support via chat for about a week to no avail. I keep getting the same response that it have been sent to an "assigned specialist". On a couple of occasions the response give me was a verbatim reply from the previous chat participant. It is all very frustrating and I'm still waiting for a truthful response and repair.

- George WerthJust Use your Old Version of Roxio if you have one.Not worth it if you have purchased any previous versions of Roxio NXT. I upgraded from Roxio NXT5 thinking they improved some of the features. All they did was give it a new look. Functions and acts the same. I found that older version of Roxio prior to NXT had more functionality but they don't work with latest version of Windows. This program is basically a Cash Cow for Coral.
This gets worst. I've been having problems with NXT 9 and tried to reinstall NXT 5. The won't let me do it now and then they wouldn't let me reinstall NXT 9. Tech support is in a foreign country and they do not understand written English. I'm giving them a little bit more time to fix it but will ask Amazon for a refund shortly.
I've been using Roxio for over 20 years. They force you to upgrade due to Incompatibility with the latest version of windows and each upgrade is more buggy and fewer features. Never again.
I need to add to my review. I was using roxio to create blu-ray dvds and started to find the audio and video were not sinking together. I contacted roxio support and was informed that they are working on it (this was over a month ago.) I contacted them again and they do not have any idea as to when they will get this figured out. - TMS-LRoxio Creator NXT 9the old roxio 6 was way better. for instance, you could burn an audio disc with the track titles embedded in the tracks. this version does not let you do that.

- C. MoczWarning!Dont even try! Our desktop is only 2 years old and is a custom for my husband's video editing. So I thought to have some fun with photos and looked for software after moving to Win 11. The disk wouldn't load so I downloaded it from the internet. That went fine, or so I thought. When I opened the program..script error! Now I see everyone is having the same problem. Part of the download included java scripts causing the problem and attached to google... I give up. So I was going to uninstall and reinstall. I uninstalled it when I noticed afterwards some folders were still there. Well, I used a program to look for remnants of the program and it was still EVERYWHERE! HKEYS, registry, start up ....everywhere! PIA..no thank you!
