Even though it's the exact size you'd expect, I kind of wish that the outlets were spaced slightly farther apart to accommodate bigger adapters. No issues with the power draw, and it works straight out of the box. I haven't experienced a power surge with it, but I trust that it'll protect my devices. And the light for the switch isn't that bright at night, either! A solid pick for the price!

Great design with plug inputs oriented so you can actually use a smart plug without covering two additional inputs. Even with my Amazon smart plug installed, I still have five available inputs for plug-ins. My previous power strip did not allow this, and I only had three inputs because of the orientation for the smart plug. Practical and clever design. Black color is discreet and unobtrusive.
Build quality seems robust enough for home use. Would not recommend for a shop or industrial use. FIVE stars from my application. - ChadGreat power strip. Better than most. Edit 11/9/2023; The power strips are still going strong. I highly recommend this product, the durability and low cost is worth it. All whilst adding a bit of a safety net for some appliances. - WhodiiniGreat for expanding an outlet nearby.If you have the need to expand a nearby outlet and need minimal other stuff like voltage spike protection, ground fault detection, etc... this is a great outlet. I needed to expand a UPS, and as the UPS already had voltage protection, I wanted something simple with a short cord, and this fits the bill. The outlets are rotated 90 degrees from the usual (prongs run parallel to the length) which was great because I had a bunch of those wall warts with plug prongs that ran perpendicular to the body so in a normal power strip, they would block adjacent outlets. I can put 6 wall warts of those type on one strip. Excellent value.
