I’m glad I discovered this and now I am keeping it. It’s perfect for my office use. I don’t need to run to the community microwave but even better is the flavor of my food. The item I bought was one of those discounted, it didn’t include instructions which is why I struggled. I’m glad this is working out, this is really pretty, functional, and small so I can take it everywhere.

It’s a great idea and very pretty product, the trouble is it’s super hard to open! I must have a defective version if no one else is struggling with this. So disappointed! It’s not easy to use at all. - Amazon CustomerVery nice!This is perfect! I really love it. It cooks my soup, warms up my leftovers and makes lunchtime so much easier. As a teacher, I really don't get much of a lunch break so this is great. I can put my food in it in the morning and by lunchtime it's all cooked or warmed up. It has really helped me.
I will say it does take a while to warm things up - you can't put your food in and expect it to get done fast. But that is how crock pots work - they take time.
It is easy to use - just put the food in, cover it and plug it in.
It is a good size - it holds a whole can of soup or a good amount of leftovers.
I am only disappointed in that it doesn't actually cook things well. It warms things up - but I tried cooking a sweet potato in it and even hours later, it was not cooked. In a regular crock pot the potato would have been cooked. So it seems this is more for warming up than actually cooking.
But as someone who wants to stay away from the microwave, this is terrific. - genesisCute and works greatThis is so cute and it works great! I brought it to work to heat up some soup and after an hour my soup was nice and hot. It didn't leak at all and it's easy to clean and to carry. I ended up buying an extra one so that zi can have hot oatmeal for breakfast. It's a great buy.
