I was hesitant to buy through Amazon renewed due to the nature of mixed reviews but was pretty confident with the stars and amount of reviews for this SPECIFIC SELLER AND ITEM from BidAllies (cannot speak for all products or sellers). After extensive research, I learned that the 13 is arguably one of the best iPhones on the market and this renewed premium line was going for a very reasonable price. I won't lie, the packaging and phone were a little bit dirty, but I appreciate them including a third party apple charger to complement.
In the last three pictures below you can see a few minor blemishes, but none that bother me much or would be noticeable. The slight blemishes around the camera also do not impact the functionality and there is no scratch across the top lens it is just the reflection.
Maybe this was luck, but my phone came with a 100% capacity and a USED but genuine Apple battery. The face ID, camera, speakers (although a little dirty), charging port, bluetooth, and sim port were all fully functional. No cracks or scratches on the screen surface. For the price point I am extremely happy with MY purchase and will say it is true to the Renewed Premium guidelines, but will provide an update in a few months IF any issues with the device arise. I am making this review as I was one of those people who were nervous about the renewed system, and I can say I am very relieved with my purchase! - Ted AbdulfattahGreat PhoneGreat phone. Few years back, I bought a renewed iPhone 14 plus from Amazon. That was a great phone too and i still have it today. Amazon renewed products are great. Highly recommended.
- DonnaCouldn’t be happier!!!I have ordered a couple of IPhones from Amazon. I’m trying to decide if I want to make the switch from my beloved Samsung Galaxy to Apple. I decided to try Amazon refurbished on the advice of a friend. I did not want to invest multiple hundred dollars and a payment plan through my phone company. I tried 2 phones prior or this one. The first one was too small for my hands so I sent it back. The second one had a microphone that was not working. Both of these phone upon receipt had 70 - 78% battery life. I decided to give this one ore try before giving up. I received this phone a few days ago. It is in excellent condition!! No blemishes or scratches anywhere. And by the looks of it, it has been well kept. BUT the best part is this one had 100% battery health!!!!! All I had to do was take the SIM card from my Samsung and insert it into this phone. It started up with no problems. The phone feels awesome in my hands. It’s basically a brand new phone for a fraction of the cost. Now I can try this out for awhile and decide if I want to fully jump on the Apple Bus. Another thing to point out is I have 1 year to return It if I’m not satisfied ????????????????. I am very happy with this purchase and would give it ten stars if I could. Thank you Amazon Refurbished!!! I 1000% recommend using Amazon refurbished if you are looking to try out something but not sure what works best for you. Save your $$$. Great Purchase!!!!!
- SchekinaGreat option!I don’t usually give feedback but I feel like it wouldn’t be fare to not say anything after what I just saw. The phone came in great condition. No scratches at all. I was worried because it wouldn’t turn on as I open the box but right after I plugged it in to charge It turned on, the battery was just low.
It came with a 100% battery, pretty amazing. I expected it to be about 90 something but no 100%. I definitely recommend it. - Abigail MarieBEWARE! Non-functional iPhone, definitely not “Premium”! Not as described, total waste of money.Beware!! Just because you order a “Premium” doesn’t mean you’re getting something better & functional. I spent way more on a premium thinking I would receive something in better working conditions but unfortunately, it was a waste of money.
While others received their iPhone with 100% battery, mine arrived with 90%, the display was replaced with a cheap non-genuine one that the iPhone keeps notifying me of and keep having issues with the touchscreen. The keyboard goes nuts every single time I try to type anything. There’s also a white spot/bubble inside the display that I keep seeing even when I scroll up and down. It also keeps heating up like crazy and keep getting a high temperature notice (even when charging), battery won’t last and have to keep charging it a couple of times throughout the day. The battery health reduced the very same day it was delivered. Sometimes I wake up to seeing a dark screen and have to turn it off completely and back on again to get it to work again. To sum it all up, it’s a piece of trash and I unfortunately wasted my money on this. Worst experience ever, a total nightmare. I had ordered two premium iPhones from the same seller (ELECTRONIC DEALS), who marked both as shipped with the same tracking number but only shipped ONE! Kept insisting he sent both, when it wasn’t true and I had proof upon delivery. Had to reach out to Amazon twice in order for them to issue a full refund since the seller didn’t resolve the issue. He offered to refund, but never did. Thankfully, the Amazon warranty helped me and I was able to receive a refund for the iPhone that was never sent! So, if you’re planning to purchase, BEWARE! Don’t waste your money on this. Do your research and buy from someone who’s trustworthy.
Just because it says it’s premium, it’s not going to be better than a non-premium one. If all these issues would’ve been stated in the listing, I wouldn’t purchase. It was supposed to be premium for god’s sake! Now I’m stuck with a phone that isn't functional and it’s bound to stop working anytime. With all the inconveniences and inconsistencies, I was afraid to return it to the seller in order to get a full refund since I almost didn’t receive a refund for the one that was never sent in the first place. I’m glad it was never received though. Otherwise, it would’ve been two non-functional iPhones and more wasted money.
Thanks to the cheap, non-geniune display replacement, the phone will never work as it should. How on earth can this be considered premium!? Will have to purchase a brand new phone from the carrier.
