- Glenn D. SimonQuality product and well-designed.Easy to start up and to invite others to use via the app. Images are sharp and slide show timing can be adjusted. Shuts off when the room goes dark to save energy. Packing is very thoughtful including wall hook hardware and counter support options. Be aware that in portrait configuration, it will crop landscape photos to fit the screen and vice-versa.

--The app will automatically re-orient photos to ensure they are displayed correctly which is not something every digital photo display does. Greatly appreciated.
--The photos do take time (sometimes a few days) to upload to their cloud when you submit them. Recommend uploading a high volume of photos of videos all at once when you do upload as they seem to show up faster for some reason, at least in my experience.
--The physical frame looks great and is clearly high quality and very sturdy.

Everyone in my family has them and loves them! I have access to upload photos to the grandparents’ frames of the kids so they don’t have to worry about trying to upload or figure anything out. It’s so easy to use! And we love just getting to watch them change throughout the day. My daughters even love to watch it (especially because it plays videos too!). Great quality! Have never had problems with functionality or connectivity.
Our charging cord did die out on us after about a year and half. But I contacted the company and they sent a new cord free in just a couple days! - LisaLove it but....Love the frame! So easy to set up and get the pictures rolling. The pictures are great quality and easy to see with the large frame and I love the fact that it has unlimited storage! I had assumed with the cost of this frame that the Aura app for loading pictures would have more organizational options, like the ability to create different folders for holidays or seasons for example, but it does not. All pictures go into one big folder and either display in shuffle or chronological mode. Also all my older pictures are in Amazon photos (not google), and the frame is not compatible with Amazon photos. I can text or email pictures to the frame (one at a time) so that's one way around it but I wish it was as easy as Google photos. And last low key complaint ???? is the power cord, we have this hanging on the wall and the cord definitely takes away from it. It would be great if there was a battery option. We may get a recessed outlet behind the frame to hide the cord. All that said, I'm still glad I bought it and we thoroughly enjoy the frame!
