- MarissaObsessed — I make everyone who visits watch a demoI didn’t expect to become this attached to a pet hair remover, but here we are. The ChomChom works ridiculously well — better than every sticky lint roller and vacuum attachment I’ve ever used. One pass across my couch or bedding and it looks brand new. It even gets the hair that’s woven into the fabric, which feels like witchcraft.
I’m so obsessed with this thing that I’ve already decided it’s going to be everyone’s Christmas gift. Truly. I also make any friend who comes over sit down so I can demonstrate how good it is. It’s become part of the tour of my home at this point.

It makes a bit of a clacking noise when you use it, but you get used to it fast.

Picked up my dog’s hair on my furniture that I couldn’t even see. Also worked well on my bedspread. I did roll it back & forth somewhat aggressively, it definitely works better than the hand gloves I’ve tried. I vacuum, wash linens & dog beds frequently, but this is a convenient option to use for quick dog hair removal in between vacuuming & washing. Works great on my car seats too! Great option & price, I’m happy with the purchase. I still use lint rollers on my clothes, but this might work well on some types of stronger clothing, denim & coats. I purchased this to save $$$ to replace disposable, sticky lint rollers, more for my couch & chairs where I’m petting my dog often and she sheds noticeably.

I've purchased this style of lint roller many times. Some were great, some were awful (skip the cheap ones).
If you've never tried a lint/hair roller like this, or you've only tried a cheap/lame one, I highly recommend buying this, you're in for a treat!
It cleans amazingly well, easily, silently, and you don't have to handle or breathe in the hair/lint. I've never had any damage, to even the most delicate fabrics, including silks, jacquard, as well as handmade items and embellishments, like lace, embroidery, knitting, and quilts.
I've been a fan of this style of roller for years, I have cats (4), allergies, and I'm a bit OCD; my furnishings just cannot be covered in hair! I previously loved the Delomo, any cheaper ones were a waste. I thought I had given up trying other brands, but I'm glad now, that I tried one more time.
This ChomChom is even better, than my previous favorite lint/hair roller ever (the Delomo, same style). It cleans a bit more thoroughly with each pass. A bit more money buys a bit more clean.
I find this style of lint roller, by any maker, wear out faster than I would like (faster than I think they should). Replacements for the worn part aren't offered. I hate the wastefulness of buying a whole new one each time, but sadly, that's true of them all. I haven't yet used this Chomchom long, so I don't know yet how well it lasts. Hopefully ???? it will be even longer wearing.
In short, this works a bit better than my previous favorite, for a bit more money.
Time is precious, IMHO, so it's worth it to pay more for more efficiency (to a point, anyway, LOL).
Provided there are no surprises as it wears, this ChomChom is my new go-to, favorite for cleaning pet hair+. I'll be buying more.
Stay tuned. - Cookie C.Siberian Tumbleweed MakerI bought this specifically so I could rescue one of my carpets from the mountain of fur my cats decided to shed all over it. I was willing to get on my hands and knees with this thing to get that carpet back into shape and thankfully this little roller did not play in my face.
I have Siberians so their hair is soft, layered and (during the shedding seasons) everywhereee. This roller picked up the hair in one pass from my velvet couch. I also ran it over their cat tree and it picked up a bunch of hair, but is a pit clunky on the rounded bits (the chomchom did its best ok, everyone has their blind spots and theirs is a circle).
I also took a full 4 minute video of this guy cleaning up my hair carpet but Amazon refuses to load the video and it’s probably for the best so my digital fingerprint doesn’t include that shame lol. It did take a few more rolls to pick up everything but in the sections I went over it rolled easily and picked up everything after a few passes.
Overall 4/5 because it works well, picked up a bunch of hair and didn’t damage my couch or carpet. It lost a star because it is a bit of a pain to remove all the hair it picks up from the roller as it doesn’t really end up in the chamber but trapped in corners because it’s more of a half roller than a full circular one like you see on a vaccuum. I feel like if I wanted to make wool from my cat hair picking it off of surfaces using this guy would allow you to skip 10 steps lol. Honestly worth the money. Can be used ok carpets, clothes or couches unlike the ones with super long handles. - kaszandra apodacaTotally worth it!Honestly one of the best products I have bought to remove hair from everywhere. I have two cats and they shed like crazy, no matter how many times I brush them. The furniture gets coated in fur. It’s easy to clean and catch’s all of the hair off my couch. No having to go over and over the same spot with the vacuum cause this gets it all in just a few rolls. Very very pleased.
