The green is a deep forest green and the red is really a burnt orange brown, and the yellow is a warm fall leaf mustard, not screaming yellow. Perfect boot, hiking sock. Thick. Comfy. Soft. These socks are thick, warm, and comfortable in the boots. The material is soft, and they were tall enough to cover any areas that the boots may rub. They were very durable feeling. The colors are very nice and wasy to match to outfits. I would recommend these socks to anyone who wears boots!

They have just the right amount of stretch, so they stay snug without cutting into my calf, and they’re easy to put on and take off. The look is simple and classic, which makes them versatile enough to wear with almost anything.
The downside is that after the very first wash, they started to pill. It doesn’t affect the comfort, but it does take away from the clean look. For the price, I expected them to hold up better than they did, and it feels a bit disappointing that they couldn’t even make it through one wash without showing wear.
