- Junebug63I woke up with no pain after a great night's sleep, this pillow is terrific!The Ultra Pain Relief Cooling Pillow has given me great relief from my nightly neck pain. I received the pillow a few days ago and the first night it was absolute bliss sleeping and I woke up with no neck pain whatsoever. A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it since other pillows didn't provide the relief I was hoping for.
There is no odor to the pillow, it retains its shape and it is the right thickness for me. I haven't washed the cover yet, but it seems very durable.
I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone looking for neck support and pain relief. 5 stars for an excellent product! - KerryBest Pillow I Had in a Long TimeI typically wake up with a sore neck and have tried so many pillows. This is definitely the first pillow that I can remember that has completely made me feel more comfortable instantly and have woken up without neck pain. The grooves fit my neck better and the softness is just right. It’s thicker on one side so if you need a better adjustment, just flip it over. It was ready to go out of the box and mine didn’t even have a smell which was nice. I was confused at first on why it didn’t come with a pillow case but realized its in a removable case that really just looks like it’s attached to the pillow, so it’s nice that it is machine washable. I do wish the color wasn’t white because it makes it look like it doesn’t have a case. Regardless, it’s a great pillow and I would definitely buy another one.

My old pillow was causing neck stiffness for awhile now and I thought it was just me sleeping in the incorrect position (side sleeper) but I was wrong. As soon as this arrived I used it the same night and from then on, I did not suffer from neck stiffness anymore. GET IT! I sleep much better now and is really cooling, no real smell and it is very comfy, easy to use. My head fits just right, it doesn't even weigh as much.

I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I've been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well.... the answer is YES! It's a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it - and I hate to say this - I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool.... and I'm NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can't believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back.... and that's how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I've had a great nights sleep.
~~~~ Calling it an "ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support" pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is - IMO - fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully.
~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It's obvious that when I go to sleep, it's a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to 'toss or turn' though out the night. I haven't. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this "indention" on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and 'hug' it. Not so easy, if there's a trick to 'hugging' my pillow, I haven't figured it out yet. But that's minor compared to my sound sleep.
~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don't feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase.... especially if I'm turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably.

There is a very comfortable softness.
- Amazon CustomerHelpful for Chiari SyndromeI got this pillow on a whim because I was so tired of waking up with Migraines and a stiff neck - a common Chiari Syndrome symptom. I was waking up with a migraine daily and willing to try anything. I can happily report that this pillow has helped me cut down to maybe 1 or less migraine a week. INCREDIBLE! The shape is a little odd and takes some time to get used to but it is very comfortable once you do. Make sure your head is perfectly nestled in the little divot for full effect. I only let it “breathe” for a few hours before using and didn’t really notice a smell but it does take a whole day for the shape to fully “bloom”. The shape has also held up well (bought a month ago or so) and I haven’t tried washing the case as I use a pillow case over it, but that seems to be holding up well, as well. Overall I’m very happy with this thing!
