- Todd GuidryDoes what I need, better and more reliably than the previous setThis item was purchased when we moved states and the previous trimmers were both aging and packed away in a shipping container somewhere.
I got these as part of the summer Prime Day deals and it has not disappointed. The trimming mechanism is much more compact, efficient, easy to clean, and less intrusive than the previous set. This one is sort of a bowl that funnels the hairs in and trims in a circular cutting motion, while the other was like a tiny comb that used the more traditional back-and-forth shearing method of larger trimmers. I use it infrequently, but when I use it, it works. It seems to be able to stand up to the humidity of being stored in the bathroom and it is much quieter and vibrated WAY less than the previous set.
