- David B.Easy set up and very helpful customer serviceJust began using Eiot Sim with my new Reolink security camera and as soon as I inserted the sim into the camera and turned it on, within 30 seconds I was connected. After using up my 100mb trial sim, I contacted Eiot customer service via live chat and their rep was able to transfer the data from another Eiot Sim I had into the Sim that’s in the camera. This make refilling very easy and convenient. So far, the plan is working out great and I’m glad that Eiot has customer service live support.
