- RichardBuyrecently started using Superfeet orthopedic soles, and I’m honestly impressed. They provide amazing support and have completely changed how my feet feel at the end of the day. My arches feel more supported, and I’ve noticed much less fatigue when standing or walking for long periods. The fit is comfortable, and they slide right into my shoes without any issues. They feel durable and high-quality, like they’ll last a long time. Overall, these insoles are a game-changer for anyone needing extra support and comfort. I’m really glad I made the switch!
- JazzyThese insoles saved my feetAs someone who has been struggling with plantar fasciitis, I’ve tried numerous solutions, but the Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles have truly made a difference. These insoles are specifically designed for comfort and support, and they’ve exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, the arch support is fantastic. The high arch design provides the stability my feet desperately need, alleviating the pressure that often triggers my plantar fasciitis pain. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in discomfort during my daily activities, whether I’m walking, standing, or exercising.
The trim-to-fit feature is also a huge plus. They fit perfectly in my favorite shoes, and I love that I can customize them to my specific footwear. The professional-grade quality gives me confidence that they will last, even with daily use.
Beyond just support, the cushioning is excellent. It strikes the perfect balance between firmness and comfort, making each step feel more comfortable without sacrificing stability. I’ve even noticed I can walk longer distances without the nagging pain I used to experience.
Overall, if you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, I highly recommend the Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles. They might be a bit of an investment, but the relief they provide is absolutely worth it. My feet feel happier, and I can enjoy my daily activities again without constant pain. These insoles have been a true lifesaver for me! - Uncle PhilPain Relief and Healing AidMy doctor recommended using pads to relieve metatarsal pain, and they were awful. I have one pair of goofy looking sneakers that help, but I need boots for work and my motorcycles.
Bought the green high-arc to try in my worst boots. They are very solid and high quality compared to others I considered. I pulled the existing insole out, set these in position and put the old, paper thin insole on top. Easy.
The fit on the boots went from comfortable to perfect, with unnoticeable height difference. The support difference, however, was quite striking. With the arcs carrying proper weight, there was immediate relief just standing in the boots. I can go all day in them without the crippling discomfort.
It’s early yet (a few weeks with these), but they look like they will last for some time. I feel I’m not only preventing more damage, but maybe giving myself a chance to heal a bit. I will definitely purchase these for my other boots. - Bookish BirdToo high and hard for my high archesI know these can't solve everyone's problems, and for me... They didn't. The arch is too high and too hard and pokes up into the soles of my feet uncomfortably. I have high arches but the shape of these isnt right for my feet. The quality is good but they aren't comfortable for me. I purchased this brand because my podiatrist recommended them.
Edit: I moved these to a flatter boot from my Brooks sneakers and they feel way better. These may not be the best choice for athletic shoes, or if they don't work in one shoe, try another. - F. G. GatesWorked for me. Addressed my plantir fasciitis in about 2 months. Will always use in all my shoes. Some background. I am a 185lb 60yo male. I walk 6-7 miles every day before 7am, generally 75% on concrete and 25% on hard-packed dirt, gravel. My soles wear evenly, and I change walking shoes (Merrell) every 4 months. I have done this for 20 years and until January this year was walking 10 miles every morning, rain, shine, heat, cold, dark.
Early this year I self-diagnosed as having plantir fasciitis. I stopped walking for 3 months, tried Dr Scholls insoles, compression socks, boot. Not much rapid improvement. Pretty uncomfortable walking, particularly the first 3-5 minutes. I even bought a pair of Kuru shoes to try. No lasting improvement beyond feeling more comfortable at first.
Then I was recommended Superfeet insoles by a friend of my wife. Tried a pair for 3 weeks at home, all the hours I was awake, and noticed progressive improvement. Very pleased, even as a chronic skeptic.
I have now resumed my regular morning walking, but cautiously limit myself to around 12.5k - 15k steps. I arrive home free of foot pain, and have now bought a pair of Superfeet for all my shoes rather than swapping the one pair in/out. Even after just 4 months resumed walking I cannot imagine not using Superfeet, even as a preventative. For my feet, my use, these do the trick.
I used the Superfeet 'pencil test' and found I needed their High Arch insoles, not a surprise but the verification was useful. Every pair I have bought (7 now) are exactly the same. Good consistency. I buy Men's 9.5-11 size and they perfectly fit my US 10.5M sized shoes without any need for trimming.
RECOMMENDED. If you think you might benefit you probably will. Expensive, but discounts are to be found through the year.
ADENDUM: One of my shoes (a Merrell walking shoe) developed a squeak. I found that a little lubrication between the 4 nubs (see picture of product) and the floor of my shoe solved all the squeak-squeak-squeak. I use a very small dab of silicone grease, which I had handy. Soap, shampoo, etc would work just as well.
