- BBRefundNo, unfortunately the product had an unusable defect. I attempted to contact Seller, and there was NO Response.
Amazon attempted to help and advised I contact DELL for repair, but that cost would have been almost double what I paid for the product.
The product will be returned. - awsomeThe customer service is awfulThe server is good, this rating is based on the customer service. It came with a sticker on it saying do all this fun stuff to get the password to the OS (i didnt even know it was coming with an OS), never received it, i had to use an ISO file to break into the server and reset the passwords. Thank god windows is easy to break into. Here's the steps on breaking in
