- AOBird feeder helps you watch birds day or nightI haven’t set this up yet, but I’m excited to install it for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She loves feeding the birds and bird watching, so this is the perfect thing for her. I’m impressed that it comes with a solar panel and everything needed to install it outside. I already know where I’m going to set it up, and am excited to check out the picture quality, especially at night. I’m also excited to help her set up the app so she can check on the birds in the early morning or late at night. Based on the pictures on the box, it looks Iike a decent quality bird feeder as well. I get the pleasure of seeing some of the images of the birds and its pretty amazing. Plus it's solar. You can't beat that!

- ZenGreat little birdfeeder with camera for birdwatching pleasure.This birdfeeder comes with a camera that is solar powered. The birdfeeder is well made, and has a little extension where the birds can sit. The camera is turned on and placed inside the birdfeeder and activates when a bird lands on the birdfeeder the app on the phone can display the video. The product page video was very helpful and understanding how to install this device. I like that it can be installed on a tree trunk as I cannot install anything on the side of my house due to my HOA rules. This product will bring many hours of enjoyment as long as I can keep the squirrels away from it. It was available at a great price when I got it, but now the price has increased five times. It was probably set up with the wrong price earlier as the current price is more in line with similar products.

The camera feature is the best part as I can see all the visitors close up including the rats so I had to relocate it to a location where they couldn't access it. I have multiple fruit trees in my yard and they eat the fruit while it's still on the trees. This allowed me to see them close up as they show up for feeding right as the sun goes down. I've attached it to a smooth tall fence post that they can't climb up. The solar panel needs full sun to keep the camera charged. The more birds that show up the more charge time it will need. You can always add an additional solar panel to the loop if your direct sun hours are limited. When a bird lands on the feeder it activates the camera to start recording and sends a notification to the app on the phone. The AI feature will identify the birds as they feed. The camera has a high resolution. The quality of this feeder and the camera is great. Assembly was a breeze and the size is perfect. It functions beautifully and allows you to see those rare birds that usually visit the feeder when you aren't actively watching. This will give you hours of enjoyment. The price of this item is about average but the camera/image quality sets this one above others I have purchased or seen. I highly recommend this item for anyone who loves feeding and watching birds.

First the camera required 2.4Ghz. When I installed the camera it crash my entire home network. All other 2.4Ghz devices wouldn't work.
