- sunshineWorks well for older people!I tried this product as it has similar ingredients to another product sold with a diet complex I tried a few months ago. This product works every bit as well as that one at a fraction of the cost. I do experience some gas, but that isn't often or even daily and depends on what I eat. I highly recommend it to those with slow gastric motility and constipation. I now enjoy almost daily movements and an increase in general well being.
