- FloodRunnerImpressiveI'd kind'a hoped these would be the ticket for hanging an impact driver or small drill from my tool belt but they really don't work well for that. My DeWalt cordless power tools have the EOM belt clip that is metal so it's magnetic. The magnet is strong enough to hold either the driver or drill (with 3ah battery) but they fall off once I start moving around. I'll have to say though that really isn't surprising. That's not to say these aren't useful. They'll securely hold tools like a hammer, 21" pry bar, large tin snips, etc. One is on the back of my belt and another is on the left suspender. I expect them to come in very handy for holding tools or loose fasteners. Due to the quality design and construction I also consider them a good value for the money.

- EmilyStrong magnets, weak coveringThe magnets are really strong and do well holding tools. However, if you take your tools on and off of it a lot, the covering on the magnets wears out FAST. so far none of the magnets have come out, but I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of time. I've had this for three days (three twelve hour shifts of use) now and one of the magnets is already visible, the other spots starting to rip.
Review for the heavy duty version:
Stronger and lasted longer than the circular one, however after 2 months, the covering has come off all the magnets and one magnet pops out now. It's still the best option for magnet tool holders though. If you're not removing your tools frequently from the magnets, it will probably last longer. - caseyMagnet for gun beltI put this magnet on my gun belt to hold my extra magazine when I'm doing competition shooting you just grab it and pull it off the magnet and put it in the gun it's awesome
- ickessVery strongCrazy strong magnets. I pulled them out of the package and stuck them to themselves and actually had a hard time getting them apart. They are going to be great for putting little screws to them while up on a ladder.
