I originally bought a small, thin one from Walmart that didn't hold up, but this sketchbook is a huge upgrade. The size is excellent — plenty of space for full drawings
- and the pages are thick, sturdy, and perfect for sketching, shading, and even light markers.
The cover feels durable enough to handle being taken in and out of a backpack every day, and the whole book has a nice, solid feel to it. My daughter was excited as soon as she opened it, and it's already becoming her go-to for class projects.

That aside, decent sketchbook, though I wouldn’t get it if you plan to travel with it . I used paint markers on it and while it’s definitely not for wet mediums, it took it well enough and didn’t bleed much at all.
A good sketchbook to have, but I’ve had higher quality ones. Biggest thing in its favor is the size and amount. Good if you wanna draw a lot but not worry about ruining some fancy sketchbook.
