The AI bird recognition is super cool. It identifies the species and sends me notifications whenever a new bird shows up. It’s like having a personal birdwatching assistant! The wide 140° lens gives a great view, and the app is easy to use and navigate.
I love that it’s solar-powered, so I don’t have to worry about charging it often. The design is also really attractive and fits nicely in my garden.
If you enjoy watching birds or want a fun and relaxing way to connect with nature, this product is totally worth it. It’s also a perfect gift for bird lovers. - StacyGreat FeederGreat bird feeder for those who love brids! It’s so fun to be able to see them up close and to have recordings of their interactions. All of the different features are really nice. I do run into some connectivity issues at time where I can’t connect to the feeder with my phone. One major issue is that the cord that connects the solar panel to the feeder isn’t protected, so if squirrels visit your feeder (which they will), they will chew on it. They chewed my cord completely in half. Thankfully I knew someone who could fix it, otherwise I’d be stuck with a feeder that can’t charge. Overall highly recommended, just protect/cover the solar panel cord and be patient with loading times/connection issues.

- ANo Customer ServiceI enjoyed this bird feeder when I first got it, however, it is completely unable to charge so now I can no longer use the camera on the feeder. This product is now useless for what I purchased it for. There is little to no customer service for this company/product, so I don’t even know who to reach out to for more information on what I can do. I would love to keep using this bird feeder as intended, but I am frustrated that there are no ways to get in touch with someone about how to figure out charging this product. I wish I could get a refund, but I have now missed my Amazon return window. I’ve had this feeder for less than 60 days and it no longer works.
EDIT/UPDATE: I want to update my review to note that Amazon graciously offered to process a return and refund for this item, which I am grateful for. However, I do want to restate that this product does not have a customer service platform for the product company itself. All customer service support I received for this product was through Amazon solely. It would’ve been nice to have a customer service portal for this product itself, but I’ll take what I can get. - CaciaApp could be better, camera is goodedit to update: 36 hours later, the app finally cooperated. Adding the camera was easy, it connected quickly because I had a strong wifi signal in it's location. The app kind of feels like another social media app, and I don't really care about what birds other people are seeing, but if that's your vibe, cool.
The camera and feeder would probably be great, but the app is absolute garbage. It's just spins and pretends to load. I've uninstalled, reinstalled twice, turned my phone off, everything is up to date, etc. What a waste of money. - RoyBoyI like it so well I brought 2.Great camera and feeder. Easy to put together and hook up to the internet. Love watching the birds eat and interact with each other. Only problem is the squirrels also love it to steal food. So I get on the 2 way talk and ask them to leavr.
