I got 2 of these for a party I was having. They are responsive, were easy to setup and have a solid feel to them. I would buy this again if needed.

I was confused at first because I couldn't get it to sync with the 360 so I just tried putting the dongle in the 360 and it recognized the controller.
The controller seems to be working alright.
I play a lot if racing games and I did notice that the triggers are a little too easy to pull as they don't have the same resistance as the original but I do like the controller over all... So far.

This controller isn't bad. It works. It's definitely not comparable to oem, but at its price, it shouldn't be. It does feel strangely alike to the oem but at the same time it feels lighter or less solid, it's tough to describe but it's noticeable. It doesn't always work with my 360 right away. Sometimes I have to unplug the dongle a couple times before it works. Once it's running, it's decent. No latency issues but the triggers aren't the best feeling. Overall, it serves my needs just fine but if you like nicer things that feel better, this might not be a good choice for you.
