- Tx175Good Safety ItemI originally got this for situations where I can’t carry pepper spray such as sporting events, concerts, traveling, etc. I now carry it along with my pepper spray and when I’m going somewhere I just leave the birdie on my keys and take the spray off. This is easy to use and I like that it is rechargeable and I can use the alarm as a flashlight. People can say what they want about noise makers, but sound is a very effective deterrent. If you use this you haven’t hurt anyone or used force, and if you make a mistake, nobody is hurt. Safe to have around kids and feels like a key fob. While I haven’t had to use it on a person, I can vouch for its effectiveness on loose dogs.
