I was thinking if I did, this could potentially fix it for at least a day until I could drive myself over to get a new tire without getting a tow. No, I'm not putting on spares either even though that is what they are for. The pack has 60 pcs so you can share them with several people. Just make sure you have a screwdriver in your car at all times too if you unexpectedly need to try one of these out. I already have a portable tire inflator in the car.
