The good: lots of space, VERY cold, looks sharp.

The meh: watch out for that frost collection on the top! makes a "wheeeeeesssh" sound when you close it as the air inside contracts. Kind of weird at first, then rather reassuring.

The what?: shelves are flat and your food could fall out if not placed securely on them! A little lip at the front would have been a nice touch to prevent this.

The come on!: NO INTERIOR LIGHT.. BUT if you have a small battery LED (round stick-up type) you can keep it in there and just press the button to get some light in there. At least that's what I did. And yes, even the frozen batteries still work. who knew? It's not going to stick anywhere, just have it on a shelf. You can be more creative, but no interior lights just seems like a big oversight. pardon the pun.

Seems to be a good deal and keeps temp constant. I have it in the basement tho so the temp is very consistent down there on the cooler side. Shelves are nice size, compact but hold several packs of sausage. I also have a couple of 6# turkey breasts in there on a shelf and they fit fine. The only issue is the door opens with depressed slots as handles on the top of the door and I always tip the unit when I try to open so it takes two hands to steady and open. Not a big deal but if that type of thing would annoy you, you e been warned

The unit arrived damaged and of course, didn’t learn until fully opened up the box. I plugged in the unit and after a long while, I placed a couple items to freeze over night. In the morning, I checked the freezer and the unit was running smoothly and the items were frozen. I have not decided if I’m keeping the unit simply because the dent is visible and I’d prefer to pay for an undamaged product but repackaging the freezer for exchange is such a hassle. I’ll se if I can live with the dent. Thankfully, the unit is working properly. Wish the transportation company had been more careful.

The media could not be loaded.
 They handled it nicely no dents and its huge! I got the 5.0 cube in blk and it's so worth it. This is a really good deal esp since I just needed more space for meat and breast milk.

Arrived and all looked okay until the driver was gone. I opened the crate, and it had 4 dents on the front door and a large one on the left back edge. Would like a small refund. I will keep it because my other freezers are full, and I have stuff stored at the neighbor's house. It is in the garage. My old one the same size quit working, so I had to make do for a few days. Just a reasonable discount and I will be happy. To much trouble at my age to send back. Don't have help.

We bought this because we couldn't always remember what ended up in the bottom. This solves that problem and when it closes it sounds like it's sealing itself tightly. Very pleased with this unit.

It gets a little too cold even on the warmest setting. Everything is DEFINITELY frozen, so that’s good- but freezer burn is definitely something you’d want to watch out for.
I keep mine in a laundry room, so it isn’t really seen by company or anything- but it has several dents as other people said theirs did too. If that would bother you, I wouldn’t get this. If it’s out of view, not a big problem.
