    Great read!!!!! This book is very life-changing. It makes you challenge your mind. It was one of those reads that was very engaging and left you one more. I learned a lot from this book that I can apply to my life. Joseph Nguyen made it easy to follow along the knowledge that he provided was a great way to stop overthinking and apply positivity to your life instead of overthinking into negative lifestyle challenges. I would highly recommend this book to all overthinkers.

    I enjoy the book's message, it is highly relevant to my thought process for sure & my journey to develop an elevated mind. This book order was for my eldest son and a prior order for a woman who desperately needed to read. She told me it helped her immediately recognize her behaviors.

    A quick read. A simple, but powerful, idea to fight against overthinking and anxiety. If you’re seeking guidance on ways to get out of your own way/mind, I definitely recommend reading this book. As someone who has struggled with overthinking and diagnosed anxiety for YEARS AND YEARS, it’s a seemingly simple concept, with true, imaginable, guidance.

    Is it the big fix? Meh. It’s a simple explanation, with tons of easy explainable and applicable ways to manage this in the day-to-day.

    I’m hopeful this can truly help me better manage my thinking, to live a healthier and happier life.

This book is like a box of chocolates that you open and can’t wait to choose which one you’ll eat first. He empowers us with our own self knowledge to create the thoughts we think, resulting in the making of our own destiny. His book is an excellent resourceful guide to improve daily management of one’s personal hopes wishes and dreams. You’ll thrive as you begin your journey to success.
  • Simple reading with thought provoking ideas
    Since I read non-fiction, my first instinct is to learn about the credentials of the author. I picked up this book knowing it was not coming from a researcher. The book did not disappoint me. At many points in the book, I paused to process the ideas it planted in my head. There are some thought provoking ideas (rightly so) such as "thought" versus "thinking", and that we ourselves associate good or bad with things and experiences by thinking. Of course, in books like these, every reader has their own set of takeaways based on their own situations. Reading the book was a good use of my time.
  • Brief yet somehow also redundant
    It’s a solid message delivered ad infinitum in varying verbiage throughout the book. I’ve noticed that a lot in the self-help sphere though, I think it’s pretty much the norm. Like, “how many times can I say the same thing in a different way to fill the pages of this book I’m writing.” It’s a fine read, nothing earth shattering. It doesn’t have the ubiquitous markers of AI-“assisted” (read: written) content which is good, though it’s a sad state of affairs when we’re impressed just by the fact that a human actually wrote something.
  • I’m in awe, and not even half way yet
    For the first time in my 29 years, I finally felt what it’s like to pause the overthinking—real heart relief, real control, and real understanding of my own state.
    I’m not usually into reading. I’ve started a book or two before and never pushed myself to finish them, but this one was completely different. I found myself thinking better thoughts, manifesting, and truly experiencing every word.
    Being able to relate to so many pages, knowing I’m not alone in what I’m going through or how I’m feeling—it was genuinely calming and brought me so much peace.
    I’m really happy I got the chance to read this book, and hopefully the next one I choose will be just as meaningful.
