- stephen hGreat little solar generatorBeen working great so far. We haven’t had full sun since I bought it, but it still charges with the solar panels, just slower. I’m sure it’ll be much faster in direct sunlight. I was also surprised how big the solar panel was, and it easily folds up to a smaller size for storage and travel. It comes with lots of adapters. Has AC outlets, USB-A, USB-C, and other ports for charging different devices. Overall, very happy with it.
- EddieGreat power station!Works exactly like it should. Charges fast, lasts long, and powers all my small devices with no problem. Lightweight, quiet, and reliable. Definitely worth the price.
And amazing customer service ???? thank you for your assistance - casie lynn rubioPerfect for sleep app machine or charging devicesWorks great. Bought for camping or power outage for my sleep apnea machine.
- Happy FaceDoesn't last as long as advertised but it's still a useful, sturdy tool that can save your tail!Nice, solid build I really like the little USB-Cord that is included but it is hard to remember that is not a carrying strap; it's just there so you don't lose it. But it does look and feel like a carrying strap. That's a "me" problem, ha ha.
There is also an illumination source, kinda like a lantern or flashlight. A bright LED face that has a few modes. VERY bright is one, a little dimmer is one, and the last mode is flashing S O S in Morse code! It's so cool and according to the face it's only pulling 2 watts. That makes sense with modern LEDs. I love that you can see your power draw, too! It's neat!
The unit is well built, and a bit bulky but I fit it in my backpack with my tablet and my laptop as well as my other items. So it's not prohibitively bulky, depending on how much stuff you think you need in your backpack.
When I was in class and I saw that my laptop was at about 45% I decided to pull this monster out of the backpack and charge up. The other kids in class have to sit on the floor plugged in to one of the two or three available power receptacles when their batteries get low.
Anyway, I used this power station to bring up the battery level of my laptop and it did the job. It restored my laptop to a full charge, which happened in about a half hour, give or take.
In doing so it depleted its own charge down to nothing, so that was that with using the charger. For its bulky size I would have expected it to fully charge my laptop two or three times between needing to be charged.
But all I got out of it was one half of a laptop top off. So, not as much power or usefulness as I expected from the product description. - rebeccaGreat little machineI order from Amazon all the time, but almost never write product reviews. But I felt the need to write a review after having this machine for a little more than a month. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this. Over the course of a few weeks, I probably looked at somewhere around 100 of these. I had very specific requirements when it came to what I needed this for. This has exceeded my expectations and then some. It takes a little while to charge. I haven’t tried it with solar panels but I have use the cigarette lighter charger and the wall charger. It comes with both of those cables it does not come with solar panels just to be clear.you have to buy those separately. But I must say I use a hair straightener with it. As well as various other devices. I like how you can see in real time exactly what the wattage being used is of each device like on my straightener it tells me in real time what why did just being used. It shows the surge when you first turn it on and it starts heating up. And then immediately starts to fall down to the 25 walks that it says on the straightener. I can use my hair straightener. Can it can charge my phone and my car vacuum and the battery only goes down like a bar. You can use it while it’s charging as long as the wattage that you’re trying to output is less than the wattage that is being taken in. Meaning it will tell you how many watts is going into charge it which is about 60 so as long as you are using less than that, it will charge as you’re using it which was one of my requirements actually when I was looking at these things. I could go on and on about the different features but all in all I’ve been using this for about a month now almost daily and I must say I am so glad I bought it each time I use it I know I made the right choice. It is only 300 W so you’re looking for something to power a lot of stuff this isn’t the thing for you but on a day-to-day basis to do the things that I needed to do it does effortlessly I hit a home run with this little machine.
- Shauna M.Enginstar 300w A value for money power stationThis is one of the best investments anyone can make. I've had this power station for over a year now and I've used it fairly consistently. It holds charge well and is quite portable enough to hold in my backpack. I've charged my phones, fans, laptop and used my lamp on it for the entire night and in the morning I'm still looking at half of battery life remaining. The lamp is really bright. It is pretty easy to use by simply turning on the power station by the power button and you'll be able to use the USB ports you charge. Switching to AC is also easy with a simple press of a button. It doesn't charge as fast with the solar panel but I'm thinking it's the wattage of the panel. However, because it keeps charge so well, many times I'm putting it to charge with half the battery charge which decreases the time I need for full charge.
