Despite working on it for two hours and performing a factory reset twice, it refuses to connect to Wi-Fi. Given the issues, I'd say this product is damaged rather than refurbished. I've already incurred costs of a few hundred dollars for an HVAC contractor to install it, which he couldn't due to the issue. I expect compensation for this inconvenience. If not, I'll be forced to report this to Amazon.
