Excellent product. Tastes good, has good electrolyte balance, and lower sugar than many other brands. The sodium level is not a concern because it’s balanced to support rehydration without contributing to fluid retention or blood pressure issues in most elderly individuals — especially when used as part of a broader hydration strategy. I monitor intake carefully, and this formula respects that balance.
My elderly father likes the various flavors, and it helps me maintain his hydration, which is critical in the elderly, those with dementia, and those prone to constipation and UTIs. I recommend this highly.
Let me also say: it’s not just for the elderly. Family caregivers benefit from this too — especially considering how much we do, how often we forget our own hydration, and how easy it is to overlook our needs while tending to others.
