    Forever Fit is a really great book. I've been following Maxime for a while, and I've always appreciated his warm attitude. He seems not only knowledgeable, but also approachable. Forever Fit reads like a good friend encouraging me to do my best, and if I make mistakes, Maxime reminds me to win the next meal, win the next workout, and get right back on track without beating myself up for falling off my health or fitness program.
