It was a different brand, but I was expecting more product for the money. I must not have read the description well enough.
- GoodGatsbyA bit easier on pawsThe salt crystals are on the large size but they are effective in melting the ice. Because of their large size the crystals are durable and very visible. You will know where the salt has been spread. This is helpful because it makes it easier to have your pet avoid the larger crystals and protect their paws. I believe these crystals are less irritating on my pet’s paws but it still seemed somewhat uncomfortable. As for value, I would use this sparingly. It’s a bit more expensive than other paw safe products that we use. I try to use this only in areas that the dog would walk and use regular salt for other areas.
