- Dave KetelsenIlea is the Energizer Bunny of action heroes: she never gives up and never stopsAt nearly 850 pages, Book 6 of Azarinth Healer is a serious force to be reckoned with. I'd call this the road-trip volume since Ilea is constantly on the move. Between training students, rescuing friends old and new, resettling comrades, and even discovering cities and dungeons long, long lost--Ilea rarely ever stops, and that's only to eat her stored gourmet meals and sneak in an occasional nap.
When you're pushing to level 500, you'd think finding monsters powerful enough to be a challenge would be difficult. Ilea manages to encounter an amazing collection of the most foul critters you can imagine, crawling, flying and swimming. Even a wriggling fire breather, as I recall. Scary stuff. One thing is certain, whether against friend or foe--Ilea never gives up and that makes for a great series of novels. Highly recommended! - Moon Winchestertwo days, and now the nine month wait.I’ve been obsessed with this series ever since I found it on Kindle. Luckily I found book 5 in December so I only had to wait around a month to be able to read book 6. It took me two days to read this book ever since it came out yesterday. And now I will fall into the despair of waiting 6 to 9 months for book 7 to be edited and released. I am sad, I am happy, if you are somehow reading this review because you found this book on Kindle, please please read this series. It is genuinely amazing.
