But here is what stood out to me the most. The attentive and quick response from the seller and how they explained that the lines were a wood grain effect but if I wanted another photo without the wood grain, they would send it, no problem.
They shipped me another picture with no wood grain, no issues and no charge. The were very communicative and quick responsive throughout the conversation with patience. This is what you call, old school customer service that is hard to come by nowadays. I will be coming back and using NAZENTI for future purchases. Extremely satisfied with the elite customer service they displayed. Way to go and a huge 5 star rating for you guys. God bless you and your families.
