- Jan B-CSimple to operateThis oximeter works okay, is easily understood, and the batteries that came with it were charged. It does seem to measure O2 levels lower than they probably actually are. They were consistently just above 90 on several tries during the first hour after I opened it. That isn't going to bother me much as I can mentally adjust for low readings if they are consistently low. Won't bother returning it. I would likely replace it with another brand if/when that time comes, though.

It’s very simple to use — just clip it on your finger, press the button, and within a few seconds you get clear readings for both blood oxygen (SpO2) and pulse rate.
The display is bright, easy to read, and rotates automatically, which makes it convenient from different angles. I compared the readings with the equipment at my doctor’s office and they were very close, so it seems accurate and reliable.
It’s lightweight, compact, and comes with batteries included, so it works right out of the box. Perfect for checking levels during workouts, when feeling under the weather, or just for general health monitoring. The build quality feels solid too, not flimsy like some cheaper models.
Overall, a great value for the price and nice to have for peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend it for home use. - Gary KWeak Battery NGThe batteries that came with it caused widely different readings on each finger and it would even shut off while in use, this is on day 1 of use. The battery life indicator had 3 bars indicating all was okay and I thought it was just a defective unit. Both batteries tested as weak/marginal and 2 new AAA Duracell's have it working like it should. It is a good pulse/oxygen tester now that it has good strong batteries. Cheap batteries should not be used with this.
