About this item
- High Absorption & Potent Magnesium Supplement: BioEmblem Triple Magnesium Complex features 300mg of three types of pure magnesium (Glycinate, Malate, Citrate). Each is chelated and highly absorbable for maximum bioavailability. Our formula is easy on the stomach and "non-buffered," meaning this blend isn't diluted with less expensive and less absorbable magnesium oxide.*
- Formulated with Magnesium Glycinate: The glycinate form is a popular for being a well-absorbed source of magnesium with a gentle profile.*
- Supports Enzymatic and Metabolic Functions: As a cofactor in hundreds of enzyme reactions, magnesium, especially in malate form, plays a role in nutrient intake and in how the body makes use of nutrients.*
- Balanced Magnesium for Daily Support: Studies have shown that magnesium plays a role in regulating key nutrients such as calcium and zinc. This blend offers a versatile option to complement your active routine.*

- AnnaLess Tension, Better SleepEach serving gives 300 mg from three forms: glycinate, malate, and citrate. I like that it’s not just one type. Glycinate feels calming. Malate helps with muscle fatigue. Citrate supports digestion without being aggressive. Within about a week, I noticed I was less tense at night. My shoulders weren’t glued to my ears. Falling asleep felt easier. Not sedated. Just relaxed. I also get muscle tightness, especially after workouts, and this has helped. It doesn’t upset my stomach. The capsules are easy to swallow and no weird aftertaste. It’s vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and the bottle has 90 capsules, so it lasts a full month at the recommended serving. If you deal with stress, tension, poor sleep, or muscle tightness, this is worth trying. It feels supportive and subtle, but noticeable in the best way.
Pros
• Blend of three well absorbed magnesium forms
• Helps with relaxation and muscle tension
• No harsh digestive side effects for me
• Easy to swallow capsules
Cons
• Takes consistent use
• More expensive than basic magnesium oxide - TiffanyBetter than I Expected on all fronts…..I’m genuinely impressed with this magnesium supplement. It helps me fall asleep much faster and stay asleep without the tossing and turning I used to have. I’ve also noticed it keeps things “regular” in a gentle, comfortable way—nothing harsh at all.
Another major plus is that I haven’t experienced any leg cramps since I started taking it. The blend of three different types of magnesium really seems to make a difference, and it feels like my body absorbs it well.
Overall, this is an excellent supplement and one I think more people should know about. If you’re looking for support with sleep, digestion, and muscle comfort, this is definitely worth trying. - Amazon CustomerAmazing , deep, quality sleepAfter taking for 2 weeks, ( you have to be consistent or it won’t work) , I sleep
Like a rock. I have more energy throughout the day. I think it’s also helping with my digestion as well. Will continue to buy! - S. FisherI can’t believe how well this has worked for meI started using this particular magnesium supplement a few months ago, hoping to help the inflammation in my body. I knew this is what had to be causing so much of the tightness and pain in my lower back- and now suspect that the inflammation and tightness could have also been pinching my sciatic nerve. Being overweight doesn’t help, but anyone who is where I am knows it’s hard to lose weight when you can only stand up for 30 minutes at a time or less before you start hurting!
I went to PT, tried certain stomach exercises to tighten the stomach muscles that are supposed to support the back muscles. That helped some of the pain, but the stiffness was definitely still there.
I did research on that magnesium supplements are supposed to help relax the muscles and even help sleep. I’ve tried so many I’m not even sure how many it was, but point being, they did nothing for me. Even magnesium spray directly on the painful area only helped a little.
Read reviews on this brand of magnesium and the different ones included in it and decided to give it a try. I’ve now been on it for three months, and I swear I’m almost pain FREE. I’ve not been this “loose” in a long, long time, and am sleeping SO much better- so much so in fact that many times I don’t even need my mid-afternoon nap!
My inflammation is all but GONE. No more sciatica and I haven’t done my PT stomach exercises in months. I used to have to do them every day, sometimes twice a day just to be able to get through standing and walking around in a busy day.
I still sometimes get a back twinge, but I have to be standing and moving literally all day to get it. I even walked around the city Fair for three hours or more this summer which would have been impossible for me before.
Here’s what I think. If your pain is mainly due to inflammation or even partially due to inflammation, this helps. I don’t know if their formula is more easily absorbed or if it’s the combo of the three they’re using but whatever it is I’ll never stop taking it and I PRAY they don’t do what other companies have done, which is to eventually switch the ingredients in their product and ruin it.
You hear that, BioEmblem? Please don’t switch up your ingredients in any way!
I’m not paid for this, in fact I rarely if ever leave Amazon reviews but thought if this helps people like it helps me I should. - MSM78High-quality supplement with noticeable sleep improvementI'm very selective about my supplements and only purchase products that are highly rated on Labdoor for quality and purity. This BioEmblem Triple Magnesium Complex met that requirement, which is why I gave it a try.
What I can verify:
I can't definitively say whether it does everything the product description and other reviews claim. However, I have noticed that I seem to sleep better on nights when I take it. Whether that's a placebo effect or the magnesium actually working, I honestly can't say for sure - but the result is the same either way: better sleep.
Why I trust it:
The Labdoor rating gives me confidence that I'm getting what's advertised - quality magnesium in the forms listed (glycinate, malate, and citrate) without concerning contaminants or fillers.
Bottom line:
If you're looking for a high-quality magnesium supplement that's been third-party tested, this is a solid choice. I've experienced improved sleep since taking it, which is enough reason for me to continue using it. Just manage your expectations - supplements affect everyone differently, and individual results will vary. - Gau_SanHighly Effective and Gentle on the Stomach!I’ve been taking BioEmblem Triple Magnesium Complex for a few weeks, and I can really feel the difference. It contains magnesium glycinate, malate, and citrate, which makes it very easy to digest and effective for relieving muscle tension, promoting relaxation, and supporting restful sleep.
I love that it’s a high-quality supplement with a balanced combination of magnesium forms, giving me confidence that I’m getting maximum absorption. I’ve noticed improved energy, reduced cramps, and overall better well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support muscle, nerve, and bone health!
