Design:
The design is perfect. It isn't clumsy, it isn't top heavy. The glass again, is shaped so it prevents leaks, does not slip out of the tumbler and both maintain cold beverages with or without ice.

My SO broke the glass insert on accident, I emailed Reduce asking if I could buy a new glass insert...they shipped me a whole new cup...FOR FREE.
People can keep their lame Stanley and Yeti cups...im a "Reduce-er" for life.
If your on the fence, BUY it. I have tried almost all the glass travel cups and this is one of the only ones that offer any insulation, Ice last all day for my ice coffee. By far my favorite ice coffee cup. Tip: get rid of the plastic staw it comes with and buy some glass straws.10 inch fit great.
When I began my search for an ice coffee cup I had only 2 requirements
1. Glass
2. Some level of insulated
Choices that met these requirements were surprisingly few. This had everything i wanted and performance was more then I hoped. Does not sweat. Cup holder friendly. Durable high quality glass. Good fitting lid. Rubber bottom for better grip
While the insulated performance isn't as high as a stainless steel tumbler obviously its still very good. Outside its a solid 6 hours of ice. Inside its nearly all day ice.
Cant recommend this cup enough...pair it with a glass straw and you have the ultimate non taste changing drinking cup - AmberKEEPS COLD/FROSTY!!!!LOVE THIS CUP!!!!! Perfect for my smoothies with the extra wide straw, vacuum tight lid & the fact that it keeps my beverage cold/frosty for HOURS!!!!
- JFor fruit smoothies and other blended drinks that might have chunksStraw is a bit excessively wide, but the cup is otherwise very nice looking, and it does work. Would be best for things like fruit smoothies because of the crazy big straw. Looks wonderful in white and the metal sleeve comes off for washing. Needs to be very thoroughly dried before putting the metal part back on the glass part, to prevent moisture from getting between the metal and the glass. The metal sleeve should be checked to make sure that it is on entirely or it falls of when the cup is lifted. There is a plastic ring thing that goes between to secure it. Just make sure it's pushed on fully and then it's fine. Branding is beautiful. The metal on the cup holders in our vehicle put scratches on the powder coat on the metal sleeve so for us this means it doesn't suit it's on-the-go purpose. We like it enough to keep for outside cold drinks at home but not for in-vehicle travel. If the cup holders in your vehicle are not made of something that could scratch a finish the issue may not apply for you. For our needs we will probably return to plastic to go cold cups for cold tea on the go, but it is a beautiful white cup for fruit smoothies outdoors on a sunny day! Doesn't leak. No chem smells.

- J HabIt was okayWhile it does keep your drink cool it felt very fragile. The lid doesn’t stay on and separating the bottom from the glass takes a lot of caution. It was nice while it lasted but my dog ended up knocking it off the table and broke it. The lid doesn’t even stay on the bottom part of the cup either ????. It was cute and held my drinks well but I guess I should’ve gotten something less easy to break.

- Victoria GGreat iced coffee tumbler, with some improvementsI bought this tumbler to bring iced coffee to work, and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. It really does keep drinks cold for up to 12 hours. I often still have ice cubes at the end of the workday. I also appreciate the removable metal boot, which doubles as a second cup.
That said, the paint on the stainless steel boot began chipping just two days after I started using it, despite exclusively hand-washing it. Also, while the glass portion does sweat, it is no more than a typical glass cup.
The only major downside is that the tumbler is not leak-proof. If it were, it would be just about perfect!
