- Wenesday P.Absolutely ridiculous...So the key to this is if you purchase your tablet within 30 days of this protection plan. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of that and purchased this and wasted my money. I would like a refund since I'm not eligible to use this and can't give it to somebody else or resell it to someone who might be able to. And if you were to try and use it there aren't any clear directions on how to make a claim.
