My very fussy, borderline if not colicy baby LOVES this swing. It keeps her entertained and happy, and that’s all a first time momma could ask for. I seriously love this thing and it was by far the best baby purchase I have ever bought. The sound/music isn’t that loud, but it’s okay because she doesn’t care for it much anyways. She LOVES swinging. Baby must have!!
Just one thing- there are 6 levels of speed and level 1 is like SO fast. I wish level 1 was a little bit slower and then it worked it’s way from there. If I ever level 6’d it, my baby would be yeeted out of the seat. Me and my hubby call it “full send mode” lol. Impossible to go that high without worrying.

We tried the mamaroo and she hated it. This swing is simple and does exactly what it needs to. She would immediately calm down when in the swing and relax. Highly recommend.

Good quality swing, easy assembly. Comfortable material and plenty of room for baby. Battery or plug in option which is great if you want to take it places you don't have an outlet. Only complaint is it tends to short out, when we turn it on, sometimes it doesn't turn on and you have to move the nob to another setting to get the light to turn on and show there is power. I'm assuming it's not all of them and we probably just lucked out with that one that has wiring issues.

Issues with speed:
When the swing first arrived, I was very shocked at how aggressively it swings back-and-forth. The swing speed range from level one to level six. We set it to level one and were appalled at how fast it already was, even with our 10-lb baby weighing it down. Level six was an extreme safety hazard…. We contacted Graco, and they sent us a new one after we returned this one. Although the new one is a lot slower, it still does seem a little bit too fast. We secure it down with a blanket even on level one so that it doesn’t swing too aggressively. This seems to fix the issue. Not sure if other people had the same issue with their swings. In some review videos I saw, the swings don’t move as aggressively as ours does.

Sounds (positives):
We love the sound settings on the swing. Our baby especially likes the womb sounds. He doesn’t really seem to like the other ones, but that’s just individual preference. We sometimes leave the womb sounds on when he is sleeping in his crib because that’s how much he likes it. He is not really the type to like music, but the music setting is also really nice with a lot to choose from.

Sounds (negative):
Wish that the volume on the sounds can be a little bit higher. The non-musical sounds are pretty quiet even on the highest setting. It works well and there’s no ambient noise, but when there’s ambient noise the sound from the swing is drowned out.

Set up:
Honestly, this is really easy to set up (in my opinion). A lot of people complain that is very difficult, but even without instructions I feel that it is very self intuitive. I am not one to usually set up things, and I still only spent about 5 to 10 minutes setting this up. However, taking this thing down when you have to return it is a huge pain in the butt. So hopefully if you order this, you don’t have any issues that require you to return it.

Vibration:
The vibration setting is nice if your baby likes vibrations, but it is extremely annoying that you have to put in a new battery every single time. I don’t understand why the swing itself and sounds function by plugging it in, but the vibration setting requires batteries. Batteries are so expensive nowadays. I wish that the vibration setting could also function by plugging it in rather than using batteries.

Other:
Overall, our baby loves the swing. It really helps me get stuff done around the house as he watches me from the swing. Glad I got this; it really does provide a much needed respite.

Baby girl loves her swing!!! She is super content (most of the time) in this. I like how if I need to step away for a bit I can strap her in safely. I usually keep it on a low setting, 1 or 2, but she still loves it! It’s also not hard to move if you need to pick it up and carry it to another room before putting baby in. Def recommend!

My baby loves this swing!! She can be screaming and nothing will make her happy but the second I put her in this swing she calms down! We got one at our baby shower and ended up buying them for our parents house to! It’s very cushioned and soft the straps aren’t the best quality but they will do the job! We love the music it plays and the different speed options. It is very bulky and takes up a lot of space. It’s built to last we love the graco brand!

My 2nd time purchasing one the other one stopped working out of the blue but my son loved it so I ordered again. Second one hasn’t had any problems like the first one.
