- HalztarBest Ever, Good QualityI've owned a fair number of Humming Bird feeders through the years, and this recent purchase is at the top of the list. The PROs= 1.) They arrived undamaged due to being very well packaged. 2,) Something you normally wouldn't rate on a Humming Bird feeder but I was amazed at the build quality of these. They feel heavy duty, and the workmanship seems top notch. 3.) There is a silicone/rubber seal that goes between the top and bottom halves to prevent leaking. This feature has been a long time coming and I'm glad to see it here. 4.) Very stylish and easy on the eyes. I really like they way these look, the pictures here don't do them justice. 5.) The globe has an opening that's large enough for a bottle brush to fit though making them easy to clean. 6.) Humming Birds are able to drink from these unlike some others I have had where water levels are to low making it impossible for their tongues to be able to reach any liquid.
7.) Over 2 months of use and no rust. I was concerned about metal bottom rusting and that hasn't happened. 8.) I have a lot of Hummingbirds feeding off of these.
CON's.. They don't sit flat when you flip them over to fill. I was going to deduct a star for this but decided not to since you can do a hands free fill. However the globe is not is not what I would call stable.
Overall I am ecstatic with these feeders. Finding a good Humming Bird feeder shouldn't be a difficult job but it is, and this one is a winner. - Ginny S.Attractive and sturdyThis one really works. The hummers love it. I previously bought the clear glass cylindrical shaped one with a plastic bottom (Mecca pro or something like that) but the plastic wears out and cracks. Not this one. This is very well made and very sturdy besides more attractive looking. Will buy again if needed.
- JeanetteLoved it so much I bought anotherI now have two of these in my yard. I have tried many hummingbird feeders and so far this is my favorite non camera, everyday feeder. We have many year-round hummingbirds in our neighborhood but during the winter I don't have plants to feed them and they usually left my yard. Installed one of these feeders and we had hummingbirds fighting over so we put another one a little distance away. Now we have birds visiting us daily all year round. What I love about this:
* Glass is nice thickness, easy to clean and I don't feel like it will break on me.
* Holds a lot of sugar water, I like to clean often to not attract ants so I only fill up halfway about once a week and it's plenty.
* It has the perch, many feeders don't have a perch and the birds don't get to sit. Maybe it's just me but I think they like to not have to fly while eating sometimes and it's nice to see them looking around.
* Super pretty, I love the red glass color especially when the sun hits.
* Great value, if we get more birds fighting we have joked we might have to buy a third and for the cost do not feel bad about that. - ShebBeautiful, easy to fill and attracts many hummingbirds at once.Very glad I chose this particular feeder after reading other reviews. The hummingbirds stopped visiting often with my old feeders I had hanging.
The feeders I had were used for many years, but this new one was purchased with a gift card as a Birthday gift from sister.
It wasn't 5 or 10 minutes after hanging up this new one there was much activity.
Not just one, but several Hummers came to enjoy.
The pink color is beautiful and quality seems decent. It is easy to fill and hang up.
This new one seems to have the hummingbirds stay longer, as it has the perch around entire unit.
My old one they had to just hover and didn't stay as long.
It's a definite keeper.
I left one of the old ones up nearby, and this new one is the clear chosen feeder!
I will watch to make sure it doesn't leak as others (different type than this one)

The one I replaced this feeder with, was kept for so long due to its ability to stay full and not leak,.
I am hoping this does not leak, as I think it's beautiful and the Hummers love it too!

You won't be disappointed with this feeder! - SharonLove it - Checks all the boxesJust received this beautiful hummer feeder. Beautiful red nectar glass is just the right size. Do not need to add red dye to nectar (plenty of red on unit to attract hummers). The bottom will accommodate multiple birds, the perch/housing is solid and YES! it will be easy to keep clean. Added bonus - the bottom housing has an O-ring to (please, please) keep the unit from leaking, the nectar glass is flat on top so you can fill it without holding it and the hanger is not flimsy and is attached securely to the glass. Great feeder!

And the quality seems good so far. I’ll have to hang it up and see. The humming bird stand is also made with some kind of metal while the base is plastic which is nice for easy cleaning. 100% worth the money.
