One thing to know is you don’t microwave the whole bunny. You take the insert out and heat that up separately for about a minute. When it first comes out it can feel a little hot, so I always put it back inside before giving it to her.
Once it’s inside, it warms up the body really nicely but the face stays cool. I actually love that because she can cuddle it without it being too hot on her face.
It’s also a really nice size, not super small like some of these can be. I’d say around 10 inches or so, and it has a slight weight to it from the insert which makes it feel extra cozy.
It’s super soft, really cute, and just a great comfort item for bedtime. Not what you expect right out of the shipping bag. It’s easy enough to fix at home, but totally avoidable with better manufacturing inspection prior to shipping. I am glad it doesn’t get super hot…if you follow instructions according to microwave wattage, it should be safely warm.
