- Amazon CustomerBissell vacuum to the rescueFor the price this is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! It came neatly packaged. It was easy to put together. I’ve had it for 6 months now and the suction still works great! Love how it swivels in every direction possible so I can make tight turns at the last second! This is super light weight compared to Dyson! The pet hair remover is amazing and is very powerful! I use the attachments on the stairs all the time. Yes, you’ll need to use the hose for baseboards, but most vacuums are like that. My only complaint is the attachments fall off the vacuum while running it. Not sure how to fix that unless I remove them. Other than that, this vacuum works like a charm!
- SRPWorth it!!Holy crap!! This vacuum sucks seriously hard. I didn't even know where some of that dirt came from! Best vacuum I have ever used, and the price was such a good value. It is easy to clean the filters and the instructions were super easy to follow for the minor assembly required. works on my hardwood as well, which is a great bonus. It even gets the corners and stairs with the included attachments and goes around and under furniture well.

It's a beast of a vacuum w/ its intense suction, not heavy, easy to maneuver, couple of different attachments, easy to assemble, easy to get rid of dirt/cat hair & between our rugs upstairs, our hardwood floors, our steps & our cats ' hairs on the couches, everything looks so clean. It seriously sucked up everything. ( I've had 2 sharks prior & I'll never buy shark again compared to this Bissell!) Watch your fingers ????❤️

- CarrieBest attachment ever!Had a Bissell pet hair eraser for years and liked it so when the vacuum hose finally split I got this for my new vacuum. I love the attachment with the roller head it works great and I wish I had that a long time ago. Cleaned all the cat hair off their favorite chair so quick and took the dog fur off her bed great too.

There was one part that was not available for purchase online (a filter to keep debris from going into the belt), but because I was still under the 5 year warranty I gave them a call and they were able to replace the entire foot. The customer service was fast. Sigma company - ACARWorks great and my old Dyson tools fitBought this Bissell to replace a 10 year old Dyson upright (with disintegrating internal hoses). I could have replaced the Dyson hoses but the plastic frame had become flexible enough that suction was impaired and competitor vacuums, like this Bissell, perform very well at a fraction of the Dyson price. The Bissell is somewhat heavy but the frame seems sturdier than lighter weight vacuums so it should be more durable. Suction is excellent and the wand is so much easier and more convenient to use compared with Dyson. The two included attachments are OK but I found my old Dyson attachments can be press fit into the Bissell wand. I suspect both companies use the same offshore manufacturer. Just got this vacuum but will edit this review if the vacuum performance changes with time.
- working galThis machine is worth every penny. We have a hairy dog and this solves it.Just received this vacuum to replace our Oreck. This vacuum is AMAZING. We have a German shepherd dog, incredible test for pet hair. I vacuumed carpet in areas I normally would call clean in the past, but OMG it pulled up so much hair and dander when I was done (had to dump canister 3 times) it felt like I was walking on new carpet!! I know it is plastic and may have some concerns down the road BUT it absolutely does what I wanted!! Suction power incredible on our hardwood floors without the beater bar on, even as I approach dog hair it (dog hair) gets sucked in before the vacuum head gets over it.
