    Well, after you download the software, you enter the amazon download code in the software, then you enter the registration code online, the software sends you to the link. It's professional grade software. Worth the $40.

    The main reason I purchased this program was to download music I have to other's mp3 players. These players are varied in their quality. This program helps "span" the differences.

    Bought it yesterday, tried to install but had problems with registration and activation. Tried to contact them, received an email saying they received my request, but nothing since. So far tech support is lacking. I now own something I can not use because no return and no refund policy.
