This product works great!! I file the top coat off a bit and then just paint this on. After a few minutes it starts to bubble up and peel off. Just use a birchwood stick or your other nail to gently scrape off. You can repeat as needed. It’s so much better than having to soak them off in a bowl of acetone or trying to wrap your fingers using cotton and foil! I much prefer this over soaking in acetone forever. Buff the topcoat off and apply like polish. You see the paint peeling quickly. I use a cuticle pusher to remove the polish easily. If the polish is thick you may need to repeat. *Try not to get it on you skin. It is a thicker consistency so it is pretty easy to manage.

This has decreased the gel take off time dramatically and has kept my nails long and strong. I highly recommend it. Make sure you buff your nails good before applying it and use a nail scrapper to peel off the gel after about 7 minutes

I was skeptical about this, but it works well and was very effective in removing the gel polish. It is important to follow the instructions exactly. It states that the thicker the gel, the more product you need to use to remove it. My nails were not damaged at all.

This was my first time removing shellac from my nails on my own, every other time I've been at the salon, but it's been getting pricey and after a few months of consistently having shellac on my nails, they're getting pretty thin. I wanted to just take it all off (it was badly chipped after just a couple days even) and let my nails breathe and heal for a while.
I'm not sure what this stuff is supposed to be like, I pictured it would be more of a liquid but at least in my tube it was more gritty like a paste. I put it on all of my nails and waited a little more than 6 minutes, then used an acne popper tool to scrape it off like they do at the salon. It was kind of cool that I could little HEAR the chemicals reacting and bubbling up. I imagine this works way better with smooth gel polish rather than glittery, gritty shellac. It came off most of the way for most of my nails but I needed to do a second round for cleaning up the edges and tips on about 5 of them. It took the bulk of the shellac off but didn't do as much for the color, of course I had to be working with red which arguably would be the hardest.
I strongly recommend that if you use this product, have a tool ready for scraping the bulk off, patience is key, and try using a biotin nail healing aid on your nails after. Getting them buffed out to get the shellac/gel to stick in the first place isn't great and you'll gain your healthy nails back a lot easier.

This takes off polish but requires you to file off the top layer. That defeats some of the purpose. I would probably say it’s more of a 3.5 than 4 star product. It does work well under the top coat and the directions say you need to file so it wasn’t a surprise.
