How does it work?

What should I do if the product gets into my eye?

GrandeLASH-MD is not intended to be applied directly to the eye. If the product gets into the eye accidentally, rinse with cool water.

Can GrandeLASH-MD cause sensitivity?

As with many skincare products, users may experience a period of initial sensitivity. If this occurs, we recommend using the product 2-3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. Then, continue use as directed. If sensitivity persists, discontinue use.

GrandeLASH-MD is designed to be used on your lashes as it has a concentration of lash loving ingredients that follow your lash cycle. Since our brows easily collect dust and dander, we wouldn’t want anyone to experience cross-contamination

What should I avoid when using GrandeLASH-MD?

Don't apply to the actual lashes, lower lashline, or inner tear duct area. Don't use more than one dip into the bottle or multiple strokes of product per each lash line. Don't forget to let the product dry completely. Don't apply more than once a day

Usage Instructions

Due to the length of the lash cycle, apply once daily for a full 3 months:

1. Cleanse and dry face completely.

2. Wipe off any excess serum on the edge of the bottle.

3. Apply a single stroke to each eyelid, following your upper lash line (like a liquid eyeliner).

4. Use one dip into the bottle and one single stroke for both upper lash lines.

5. Allow 2-3 minutes for serum to dry before applying other products or laying down.

6. After 3 months of daily use, apply every other day for maintenance.

Do not apply to the lashes themselves or lower lash line. Apply only with the product applicator. Use sparingly as dripping into the eye may cause irritation or other unwanted effects. If serum drips into the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove. Warning: For external use. Avoid getting in eyes; if so, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water. Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing, undergoing treatment for glaucoma or cancer, or if you have ever experienced dry eyes, eye infections, styes or any other eye-related disorder. If redness, irritation or other unwanted effects occur, stop using product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.

I have always had short, sparse, stubby lashes. I suffer from trichotillomania and my lashes have taken much abuse over the years. Then I started getting lash extensions- for awhile they looked great, but then they started to break and I ended up with lashes far worse than before. Where they weren’t short and sparse, I had noticeable bald patches. I started using this serum as a last attempt to save my eyes.

Three months after using this serum, my lashes look even better than they did with extensions! I never leave reviews, but I never dreamed that my lashes could look this good. This photo was taken today, immediately after a shower and with no combing, curling, or mascara.

I use it about three or four times a week, just brushing it against the base of my lashes. I haven’t noticed any irritation or discoloration (my eyes have always been a little red around the edges) and it doesn’t smell or feel sticky or sting after application.

If you hate your lashes, take the leap and buy this. I promise it’s not a gimmick!

So I was extremely hesitant on spending the amount of money for a product that I didn't think would actually work. Boy was I WRONG!!

My eyelashes were ruined after having extensions put on them, so for the whole year of 2023, I would put my own lash extensions on. Little did I know this too would stunt my eye lash growth, so Christmas 2023 I was gifted this Magic serum and now, it has been about 4 months of using this product and not only did I buy another 4-6 week treatment, but I have eyelashes now!

They are thicker and fuller then my eye lashes were to begin with before the extensions! I am so happy with this product and I hope it gives you as much confident as it has given me!

I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price.

First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent).

Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient).

The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer.

I used it every night...1 dip/sweep top of lash line for each eye, then 1 for each eye in water line under lashes. After 5 weeks, my lashes are hella long. Not a ton of added fullness but definitely a few more than normal. Stuff never works for me. Somehow this does. I don't wear makeup so having more/longer natural lashes is my jam. Will keep buying.

I never remember to take before pictures/don’t feel like it and usually am over-excited and CONVINCED a product’s results will be so mindblowing and dramatic I won’t need actual visual evidence to see the difference lol—so take this or leave it—but I’ve been on this stuff for 8 weeks religiously, and I very rarely commit to anything, but I probably won’t continue it after I run out. I got a little length I’m pretty sure…my eyelids are hooded and I’m getting mascara on them, so that’s something…but I got no added thickness, or it was super negligible, and that was really the true dream I wanted to come true lol. Nothing like the results some of these lucky ladies got, and I’ll have to keep painstakingly apply my individual bunches or TWO or THREE eyelashes with gunky glue that’s probably toxic for all time I guess. But obviously the sacrifice is not that great since I was willing to put this stuff so close to my eye!

I didn’t have short, sparse, or broken eyelashes before (they were medium—a little long/normal thickness) , so maybe that’s why my results weren’t so powerful.
