It works well in every dish and always adds the creaminess the dish needs to take it to the next level. A wonderful and versatile product that I will continue to purchase.
- Rina PhilbrickAlways have this tofu in my pantry!Love having self stable and great tasting tofu on hand! I live in a rural and remote place and fresh tofu has is hard to get or expensive. I tried this shelf stable version and found it works great for my meals. I’ve traveled with it to make a spicy ramen soondubu style soup with canned kimchi and dried shiitake mushrooms. The package is well secured, the taste is fresh and works if you can’t get the good grocery or homemade ones. I think it’s good value for the money considering it’s a reliable source of protein.

I use this all the time for sauces, creamy dips, and for puddings. I always have a jar of vegan mayo and vegan sour cream made with this tofu. It helps me to avoid using eggs, milk, and oils.

Thankfully, there is no taste, something that detracts from American brands of tofu. There is an expiration date marked on the package, but I've never had a problem. - Danielle HallWill not purchase again1. Half of my order was packaged beautifully and all 24 arrived safely. The other half (a second box) had all been thrown in a box with zero care and arrived busted, leaking, moldy, and unusable. I never received the refund I requested.
2. The product is unsatisfying. It isn’t firm enough to be pressed, so the best we could do was “scramble” it and try to cook down the liquid.
3. All arrived with a “best by” date of three weeks after arrival… defeats the purpose of shelf stable tofu for us
