- JLGreat quality, Great Customer supportI first bought this case 2 years ago and the case didn't yellow for an entire year with rough use. I've dropped my phone multiple times and it did an amazing job protecting it from any damage. Installing the case was easy, with a satisfying click. It did feel looser than other cases I've used, but it definitely anything but. The case is smooth plastic, but is very grippy when it's clean.
My first case lasted one year before it started to yellow. This was after very rough use, with constant exposure to UV and skin oils. However, the main reason I reached out to customer support was due to the glue failing. But, the warranty process was extremely easy. I submitted a request with the issue and photos and they quick to respond and promptly sent out a replacement. With the second one, I took care to clean it more often and it was much less yellow in the same timespan as the last one. I would say it is fairly durable for the price point.
I would be still using this case if not for the new one I bought: their Stash kickstand variant of the case.
