- Charles PascualNice wine coolerReplacing a wine cooler that failed after 8 years - vendor of the brand we owned projected a ship date of a new/replacement cooler of no earlier than 6-9 weeks. This vendor/brand, Staigis, had good reviews on Amazon, good price, and would ship immediately. Product arrived within days, the Amazon delivery guys brought it into my kitchen, it came well-packed yet was easy to unpack. The door swings the way I want (hinges on right) so there was no set up required (they do include left-side hinges). Dimensions were as advertised - it slid easily into the cabinet space occupied by our old cooler. I let it sit 24 hours as recommended then ran it another 24 hours before loading it. Came to the operating temp I set quickly and also returned to operating temp within a short time after loading it. Easy to set the temperatures, runs quietly, and looks good in our kitchen. The uppermost shelf is large enough to accommodate champagne bottles. The lower zone, "red wine" shelves easily accommodate larger-diameter burgundy wine bottles. Overall, I find it accommodates various (and larger) size bottles better than the cooler I replaced. Others have commented about the brightness of the LED temperature display - it is bright (picture a blue night light in your kitchen) and there is no way to dim or shut it off - it's not a problem to me but you should take note of this if you feel it will annoy you. So, three weeks in, I am pleased with this purchase. Update Jan. 2023: Nine months later and everything I wrote above still holds. It's quiet, maintains the temperatures I set, the shelves slide in-and-out easily. This is just a better cooler, in every way, than the one I replaced.
- E. EscobarGreat Mini Fridge!!I’ve had this fridge for 3 years now and 2 of those years it spent in a garage. Through 100+ degree summers and negative degree winters, this little fridge held up and toughed out! It does get some ice in the back of it and froze up once, but unplugging it and letting it thaw solved the problem. I’ve kept food from an overflowing fridge in it, drinks, dips and sauces. It does best with drinks but if you need room in your fridge it’ll work just fine for that.
If you are going to keep it in a garage where it regularly gets warm, it will struggle to keep the temperature at 38. But that’s what happens when it’s 100 degree outside, 110 in the garage. It never went above 58 degrees though, so still good for drinks.
If you’re keeping it inside a temperature controlled building it won’t have any problems. 10/10 would but again!! - James BushFantastic Customer ServiceAfter doing an exhaustive search on the best beverage cooler and likely driving my wife to the brink of divorce by bringing the topic up so many times I finally settled on the Staigis 3.2 based on reviews as well as price and style/size. Shipping was really quick for a non prime item, I think it took maybe 5 days from when I ordered it to when it arrived. Unfortunately when I received my new fridge last week I noticed the trim around the door was chipped on one corner when I unpackaged it, which I'm assuming happened during shipping. When I reached out to Staigis customer support for a solution they were super helpful. Initially they offered to ship me a second fridge for free, but when I told them I would also be willing to live with the minor cosmetic damage on this one for a partial refund they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE cost! Aside from the small chip the fridge itself is awesome; it holds temperature really well down to 38 degrees (which honestly feels even colder because my beers are ICE COLD) and it's extremely quiet. We have it in our bar area adjacent to our living room and you can't hear it at all when watching tv. I've only had it plugged in for about 1 week but it doesn't have any frosting issues so far and any fog on the glass disappears quickly when the door is closed again. I did have a slight buzzing/rattling sound when I first turned it on but I tightened the screws to the back plate and made sure the fridge was level and it went away. Just follow the directions when setting up and you'll be golden. Overall a great purchase (does this still count as a purchase?) and excellent customer service, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a new beverage fridge!

- J. ValiulisGreat choice for a wine coolerThe wine cooler looks nice. Compressor is relatively quiet. Just a faint, low hum when it's on. It does not run excessively. It easily fit all of the bottle lengths and diameters that I had. I measured energy usage, and it seems to be about 1 kW-hr per day. We had a major dent in it from shipping, but the seller was terrific in offering either to return it, or keep it with a discount. We kept it with the discount. They do need to package it better, with foam or some angle protection at the 4 corners.
- GiGi1Seller not cooperative.The unit began making a loud humming noise 4 months after receiving it. Was advised to contact the seller directly to attempt to resolve the issue. Back and forth correspondence for more than a month lead to the seller asking me to disassemble unit and assist with troubleshooting. I refused to accept this responsibility. Eventually had the card issuer that we used for payment execute a charge back. Would have avoided this if the seller had been more cooperative and sent a technician to fix the unit. Would definitely not recommend this cooler and the seller.
