Price is attractive and so is the extra pound...BUT my first buy of the 11 lb. box vs. 10lb ... 11lb is all CRUSHED BITS AND PIECES NOT SOLID, FORMED WORMS THAT I, AND EVERYONE ELSE WOULD'VE EXPECTED. Very disappointed in the purchase. I bought the larger box expecting the same product I've bought for years in the 10 lb. The seller contacted me after I reviewed the first box of BSFL I was sent. They sent a new box with no cost to me and they are a lot better quality. I appreciate the seller making the bad purchase right. Will buy from them again!
These are very bad quality. The box was damaged that contained the BSFL, but the shipping box was fine, so they obviously sent me the damaged box. The seal to the bag was torn and there were live bugs crawling all over the BSFL. I understand that chickens eat live bugs, but I don't want them in the product that I purchase. I can't even store them inside because of that. There is a lot of black BSFL in the product...Why? VERY unhappy with this purchase, I will not buy this brand ever again. I buy a lot of these and have never had issues like this.
