I found 40-year old slides. I tried to have them developed and was told they are too old. I almost gave up but then discovered this little hand-held 35mm slide viewer for very reasonable price. It works just as it shows and the illumination worked great. I was very pleased to take it with me on a family reunion and show family members the 40-years old pictures when my children were babies. I recommend it if you have slides too old to develop into pictures.
