I bought this for a recipe that I wanted to try to make. Then thought, how would it taste on eggs? This has really enhanced my scramled eggs in the morning. Give this seasoning a try, you won't regret it!

The flavor is great. I love mushrooms and this is what I needed. The blend of spices mixed with the mushrooms taste wonderful. On eggs, in roasts. Whenever you want mushrooms this is it. I only use it when cooking. I haven't tried it in cold dishes. The price is good considering it's not easy to find anywhere.

Actually tastes like mushrooms. Not available in groceries in upstate ny. Well worth the price. Fresh Mushrooms go bad too soon, seasonings last weeks comparatively. Thank you and will purchase again

Nice seasoning for pretty much any type of preparation. The flavor is subtle, not too overpowering, but you can tell it enhances the taste.

Two observations: it is very low in sodium, so you may need to add salt on your food and not just this, I guess that is better for some people. Also, the texture is a lot more powdery than it looks.

It’s good but extremely salty! Should be labeled Umani Salt or mushroom salt, like Garlic Salt. Was not aware of this and spoiled an entire dish with it. ????. On the plus side, the umani flavor is good.

My wife is a mushroom lover and I'm quite partial myself. The flavor profile for this product isn't a strongly mushroom as I'd hoped and has a bitter aftertaste that I found unpleasant in it's first application, an attempt to turn-up the umami in a pot of pork gravy. I'll update the review after I've applied it an another couple of settings (e.g., grilling, in another sauce, maybe as a condiment for salad or a similar).
