A bit pricey but overall pleased beyond words. Started up just right and a delivered pretty quick to say it's a back stocked item. Definitely hve to replace these batteries every 3 yrs.

The battery came in the USPS mail and was hot when I got it installed.

Its a good battery only complains its too expensive, $110 is too much.

It was very easy to replace and the fact that it had the stabilizer grids on the top of it was perfect. I had searched last year for one like this but I could not find it. It seems to have more cranking power than the last battery I had on the mower. Thanks for such an awesome product and the fact that it arrived earlier than expected was a huge bonus.

Battery started having problems right about the 30-day mark. Contacted Jacks Small Engines (JSE). They told me to contact manufacturer (Ariens/Gravely). Ariens/ Gravely customer service representative (Ashley) told me the reseller (JSE) is responsible to handle any type of customer warranty claim. Contacted JSE a second time & provided more info. They didn't care. Filed an A to Z Warranty with Amazon. Since I received the battery within the scheduled delivery time frame and it was the battery I ordered they didn't care either. Apparently it doesn't matter to Amazon if the battery holds a charge. Here's more information to supports that this is a bad battery issue. With battery removed from mower I put the battery on a quick charge then took the voltage reading which showed 12.96v (image 20240602_105416). About an hour later to took another reading which showed the voltage had dropped to 11.70v (image 20240602_121358). Later in the afternoon I took another reading which showed battery voltage to be 11.42v (image 20240602_164257). Then, this morning the battery had continued to drop with the meter reading at 11.21v (image 20240603_071910). Notice the consistent and gradual decline in the batter voltage. Lastly, I reinstalled the battery and jump started the mower and took yet another reading. This time the meter read 14.31v (image 20240603_083413_01). This last reading tells me that the mower's charging system is working fine. I think it's clear the battery is the issue and should be replaced at no expense to me. But as usual, the little guy is left holding the bag because businesses DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I don't know if this battery sat on the shelf for alot of years or was damaged in shipping. All I know if that the battery doesn't hold a charge. I'll be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau against both Amazon and Jacks Small Engines.
