Be very careful with IOLO hidden fees. I signed up for System Mechanic Ultimate Defense. One month later i get an unauthorized charge against my credit card. When I contacted Customer Service they said that the software I bought was "bundled" with additional support that had a monthly fee. They told me that the first month was free but my credit card would be automatically charged after the first month. Even though the "live Tech 24/7 Technical Support "was represented on the invoice as being part of the $26.60 charge. See attached picture.
This is an underhanded way of charging their customers in the hope they won't notice. They got me for 2 months, but I am disputing through PayPal the May to June charge.
