As a soccer parent to 4 kids, our family spends a lot of time in the sun. This chair has been a game changer, & now all the kids want one too. It’s nice quality, lightweight, & easy to fold/unfold, which is important when you have 9 soccer games in 2 days and have to change fields after each one. It is very comfortable, and you can move the canopy to ensure you’re always protected from the sun. It’s also big enough to tuck my legs into & snuggle under a blanket on cold mornings. This chair is more of a lounger that you sink into, so if you prefer to sit more upright, this brand makes another model that I would recommend. I like having both & switching between them, so I can decide if I want to get cozy or be able to jump to my feet easier during intense games. As an added bonus, this one at the time was half the price of what this brand usually goes for. Highly recommend!

My 2 chairs arrived a little early which was greatly appreciated. Packaged well. No Assembly Required. Win win! Very comfortable. Not overly heavy so I can bring inside and take outside as I need them.
Good back support and enough padding in the seat.
Really nice product. Should last a long time.

For fans of rockers, this is an economical, durable horizontal glider (as opposed to a forward/back rolling rocker). It's great for camping or using on floors where you don't want to wear a couple of "rocker tracks" into your flooring.

So . . . I have to confess I saw this GCI folding rocker chair at store first. It was sooooo comfortable and I LOVED the rocker feature. However the store only had one left so I decided to check Amazon. They had it ! and several choices of color. I also like how it folds - no trying to stuff chair in bag, you just pull up on handle strap and tug and it folds. Is light to carry. I normally would not pay so much for this type of chair that I take to outdoor events, etc. but the comfort, rocker feature and how it folds is worth the price.

It’s a really nice chair, very comfortable with a smooth rocking motion. Not the easiest to fold but not hard at all. Very happy with my purchase. The only negatives would be the mesh cup holder, should be solid material for the price of the chair. And one of the reasons I bought this version is because of the carry strap instead of a bag. Problem is the strap needs to be a little longer. I’m 5’11, 190lbs and when I’m carrying the chair it’s really tight in my shoulder. Hope that loosens up a little the more I use it.

My husband & I attended an outdoor concert, when my friend who had walked his dog, told me about people he had seen with these chairs. My hubby & I had just discussed getting new chairs (ours are over 25+ years old and starting to tear, dry rot etc.), when our friend was telling us about these rockers. Lo & behold when I looked up and there were about 1/2 dozen people with these exact ones! I ordered the kick back chairs as the glider looked as if it really needed a flat level surface. Well, these ROCK! ;) I'm 5'10" 170lbs & my husband is 5'11" 310 lbs. I fit just fine with room to spare. The hubby has a tighter fit (didn't realize it's only rated for 250 lbs until AFTER I made the purchase), but says he's still quite comfortable. We really like the strap and the clip to keep the chair folded while carrying it, is sturdy. These are a little heavier than the older camping chairs, but the strap to carry it over the shoulder is high quality and has real good weight distribution, so it's not awkward or difficult to carry. I really like how there's NOT a sleeve that I have to finagle to get the chair inside! We bought the used-like new from the Amazon warehouse. They looked brand-new! VERY HAPPY with this purchase! Definitely worth the extra $$ to upgrade to a rocker! I'm getting ready to purchase a couple more! VERY GOOD QUALITY! We've already used them a couple of times without any issues! I'll edit my rating in the future if needed.

Bought this for myself to use here, there, and everywhere. I love this chair. The rocking part of the chair works great and feels very sturdy. I'm 6' 1" and weight 230lbs and this chair feels great when I sit in it. I had to lubricate the hydraulic shaft due to squeaking when I rocked in it, but other than that, everything works great. The cup holder could be a little better, I wouldn't put an open top cup in there.
