Multiple colors are good for marking different lines on sewing projects, and wipes and washes out easily. Chalks are thin which is great for marking but will break if dropped. Case is not the best - if the chalks shift when pulling out different chalks, you won’t be able to close the case. Still fills the purpose of what chalk should do.

I already have a variety of marking tools, but needed something for darker fabrics.I liked the assortment of colors and the markings were vibrant enough to see on a variety of fabric. What I didn't like is that they're rather thin and fragile.

Love this chalk. It's so much easier to use than the thick ones which never stay sharp. They seem fragile but I've used it a few times, and even dropped one once, with no breakage at all. this is a great way to mark quilts for machine quilting.

I have a tendency to be a little heavy-handed when using pens and pencils, so I have to be careful with these as they are quite thin. They feel a little fragile when I use them, but so far, no issues.
I like that they are a good quality - they provide a nice line and erase easily enough if you make a mistake. I also like that they provide a few of each color so you've got a nice variety to have different colors based on whatever you are working with. Overall, I'm very happy with this set.

Came in fairly decent condition, a little corner was broken off of a yellow but I was expecting worse. The colors are very vibrant and marks fabric well! It comes off easily, maybe a bit too easily at times… Definitely not meant for long lasting projects. I’ve had one of the pink break into three when using it but I was probably gripping too tightly. It did leave a chalky residue on my sewing machine when I went over the marked lines but it’s easy to clean. It’s chalk, nothing extraordinary.

Easy to use, easy to see markings. Breakage has not been a problem, just store them properly; they are fragile.
